‘The Art of Letting Go’  is  a retreat arts workshop to be held at the beautiful St  Oswald’s Retreat Centre in October 2022.  This gentle retreat will allow for plenty of time to relax and also be creative in a supportive and holding environment.  The season of Autumn will inspire us both externally as we engage with the outdoors, and internally as we ponder on what the ‘art of letting go’ means to us individually. 

Jane Johnston and I will be holding space to allow you to find your path this Autumn. 

No experience of making art is necessary, this retreat is very much about being gentle and holding, as we ‘let go’.  However if you already make art, this is fine too!
